Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

Until such time as payment is received in full the goods shall remain the property of IBL parts(UK)Ltd.

Unless otherwise agreed payment shall be made within 30 days following delivery against a valid invoice. Payment shall not constitute any recognition by IBL Parts (UK) Ltd as to the quality of the goods and any faults or defects should be reported immediately.

Delivery charge is based on delivery of goods made to UK mainland addresses only (unless otherwise stated) and must be signed for. With regard to credit card purchases the delivery address shall be that registered with your card issuer, unless otherwise agreed by a representative of IBL parts (UK) Ltd.

Defective goods should be returned within 30 days of delivery for replacement and replacement will be arranged at the earliest convenience ( subject to availability ) provided the said goods have not been abused or tampered with. In the case of carrier damage a member of staff at IBL Parts (UK) Ltd should be informed within 48 hours of delivery.

IBL parts (UK) Ltd will do everything possible to adhere to delivery requirements of the purchaser but will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery for whatever reason.

Any claim for non compliance against IBL parts under the contract to supply goods (including all liabilities and associated expenses) shall not exceed the cost of the goods which gave rise to the claim. This also applies to any third party involved in respect of any claim or demand.

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these conditions and the purchaser is deemed to accept these conditions of sale when placing an order. We will not be deemed to have accepted an order until we have validated your credit card and or despatched the goods and any communication you receive from us prior to such validation is not deemed as acceptance of an order.

Whilst IBL parts will endeavour to assist customers in identifying the goods required it is the responsibility of the purchaser to identify and or specify the correct part. IBL parts or any representative of IBL parts cannot be held responsible for communicating either description or specification details relating to the goods required.

The customers order is subject to stock availability and whilst we will endeavour to keep quotations open for as long as possible we cannot be held responsible if we are unable to supply goods at the point of receiving an order. IBL parts also reserve the right to increase the price from that quoted should this be deemed necessary.

IBL Parts (UK) Ltd reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions whilst giving the customer reasonable notice of such changes. These conditions shall be governed and viewed in accordance with the current UK law.

Where the goods are sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer
Translations - Restrictions on Statements Order 1976) the statutory rights of the Buyer are not affected by these Conditions.

Warranty Policy

IBL Parts (UK) Ltd guarantees our products (unless otherwise stated) against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Shipping

IBL Parts (UK) Ltd accepts full liability for the goods during transit, including loss or damage caused to goods in transit. Full liability for the goods is transferred to the customer once the goods have been delivered and signed for by a representative of the customer.

Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or defective products must be received by IBL Parts (UK) Ltd within 48 hours (2) days after receipt of shipment by the customer.

Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that they fully comply with all the terms, conditions of the customers order.

Return Policy

Customer has 30 days from Date of Purchase to request a return (this does not relate to claims for shortage, error or defective goods).

All returned parts may be subject to a restocking charge. The standard restocking charge is 10%.

Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA FORM before returning any merchandise.

Individual brackets orders can not be returned.
